Welcome to the Community of Grace Member Portal (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, operated by Community of Grace, ELCA Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Membership

1.1. The Service is exclusively available to members of Community of Grace, ELCA Inc. ("Members"). By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a current Member of Community of Grace. Non-members are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Service.

1.2. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1.3. We reserve the right to verify your membership status at any time. If we determine that you are not a Member, your access to the Service will be terminated immediately.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1. To access the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and password or by utilizing Single Sign-On (SSO) through third-party providers such as Google or Facebook. By using SSO, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

2.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use, breach of these Terms, or other misuse of the Service.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

4.2. The Service utilizes Single Sign-On (SSO) through third-party providers such as Google and Facebook. By using SSO, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be shared with these third-party providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party providers.

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

9. Changes to These Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
